How Tuqio handles messaging data, personal information, and consent when using WhatsApp.
We collect attendee contact details (name, mobile number, and optional email) and campaign content you provide. We do not read or store WhatsApp message bodies beyond what you submit to send.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from recipients before messaging them. Each campaign should include opt-out instructions; we honor opt-out requests and will stop sending to those numbers.
We use WhatsApp Business API providers to deliver messages. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized Tuqio staff for support and compliance.
Contact lists and campaign logs are retained for operational needs and then deleted or anonymized upon request or when no longer required.
Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to dashboards and APIs requires authentication. We monitor for abuse and take action on suspicious activity.
Contact us to access, correct, export, or delete your data. For attendee requests, please verify their identity before forwarding to us.
